The Logan County Public Library, established under KRS 173.720, provides library services to citizens in Logan County, Kentucky. Following Chapters 65 and 424 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, the financial records of the Logan County Public Library District for the Period of July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2026, may be inspected on this page, or in person at the Logan County Public Library, 225 Armory Drive, Russellville, Kentucky during administrative office hours: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. For on-site inspections, inquiries should be made to the library director at king@loganlibrary.org or 270-726-6129 ex 103.
