How much does a library card cost?

BLAST cards are 100% free.

What about fines for overdue books and movies?

Logan County Public Library does not charge fees for overdue materials. If library materials are more than 8 weeks late, a lost item fee will be charged.

What if my child already has a public library card?

Then there is no need to opt-in to receive a BLAST card. BLAST cards provide the same service, they are just provided through the school.

What if I want to get my child a regular library card rather than a BLAST card?

Visit any LCPL branch to obtain a card.

What if I lose my BLAST or regular library card?

Visit any LCPL branch to purchase a replacement card for $1.
