Storytime

Storytime is an hour of stories and creative learning. You and your child will learn songs and dances, listen to a variety of tales, and practice cognitive and fine motor skills that will be invaluable once they start school.

Prime Time Family Reading

Designed for families with children aged 6-10, Prime Time introduces families to the pleasures and benefits of reading together and the services of the library. Join us for nutritious meal, as storyteller Taylor Simpson, and Scholar Jonathan Jeffery, share the magic of family reading time. Registration is required. Little Panther Academy

Russellville Independent Schools in partnership with Logan County Public Library are proud to announce the Little Panther Academy. The academy is held monthly. The Academy will focus on children from birth to three years of age and their families. Musicgarten class, story time, crafts and a Make-it Take-it activity will be done during each session. The purpose is to provide social, motor and cognitive skills in children to enhance school readiness.  For more information, call Linda Shelton at 270-726-8405 or Carol Kees at 270-726-4798 to register for the Academy.
